Integrated Limited ("we", "us") is a UK-registered trading company operating a global B2B marketplace. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• Identity & contact details you submit through enquiry, quote, FAQ or order forms (name, company, email, phone, country).
• Trade details you provide (product of interest, quantity, Incoterms, destination port).
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) collected by our hosting provider for security and analytics.
• Correspondence you exchange with our trade desk by email, WhatsApp or phone.

We use information to issue quotations and proforma invoices, fulfil orders, arrange shipping and inspections, comply with KYC / sanctions / export controls, prevent fraud, and improve the service.

• Contract — to respond to your enquiry and execute trade.
• Legal obligation — KYC, tax and export-compliance records.
• Legitimate interests — securing the site, preventing abuse, business analytics.
• Consent — for marketing emails (withdrawable at any time).

We share necessary information with shipping lines (Maersk, MSC, CMA-CGM, Hapag-Lloyd), inspection bodies (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Cotecna), banks for L/C and T/T processing, and our IT subprocessors for hosting and email. We do not sell personal data.

Where data leaves the UK / EEA we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Trade and accounting records are kept for 6 years as required by HMRC. KYC records are kept for 5 years after the end of the business relationship.

We use HTTPS in transit, role-based access controls, and reputable cloud providers. No system is perfectly secure — please use strong, unique passwords and report any suspected incident to us promptly.

The site uses strictly-necessary cookies and lightweight local storage to remember your enquiries and preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Analytics are aggregated and do not identify you personally.

The marketplace is intended for businesses and adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
